Cancellation Policy

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel any order placed on our website within 14 days of receiving your item.

Cancellation fee: A fee of 5% of the item price will apply — not exceeding 100 ILS.

Refund: Processed within 7 business days of cancellation approval, to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

To process your return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • All original tags are attached
  • Item is returned in secure, original packaging
  • Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed or used
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Swimwear removed from original packaging
  • Final Sale items — cancellation rights apply per Israeli Consumer Protection Law, subject to a 5% cancellation fee

Return Shipping Cost

Outbound shipping is on us. In case of a return, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
