Here's everything you need to know about delivery.
✦ Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Central Israel (Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, etc.) — 1–3 business days
- North & South Israel — 2–4 business days
- Remote areas — up to 5 business days
✦ Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
✦ Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time on the HFD website.
✦ International Shipping
We currently ship within Israel. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp to discuss options and shipping costs.
✦ Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We will work with HFD to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
